The staff is very helpful and kind. Simo went to pick us up from our parking spot and took us to the Riad at night. In the morning, Awatif was always in a good mood and even took us to the medina on foot! The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The Riad was calm at night, no noise whatsoever. One of the best places I have stayed while in Morocco. Cleary well managed and organized. Their response time on booking was very fast and clear. Finally, the location is convenient, only 10/15 minute walk to the main Marrakech square (Jemaa el-Fnaa).

Everything! It was the coziest space I stayed at throughout my stay in Marrakech. The room was neat and looked exactly like the pictures advertised. The staff - Awatif and others were exceptionally kind. They were always willing to help and checked in several times to make sure I was having a pleasant stay. Breakfast every day was great. Fresh orange juice, tea/coffee/cocoa, bread, cake, eggs and more! They also make nice beef Tanjine. I had this for dinner on my first day and I loved it! In comparison to other luxury places I stayed at (Agafay luxury camp and Riad Le Rehani), Riad Karim had the best WiFi connection. It didn’t go off once, during my stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Marrakech. You can also arrange with the host to plan tours around the city, which, to me, is more convenient.

My family and I had a great time at Riad Karim. Youness and Awatif were so kind and friendly that we felt at home. They always had a smile on their faces and would go above and beyond to help and make us feel taken care of. I honestly don't remember the last time we stayed somewhere and were treated so warmly. The riad is cozy and it is perfect for those looking for a more authentic experience. The breakfast is generous and tasty. Rooms have good air conditioning and reliable wifi. They also serve really good food upon request. Before arrival we were worried about walking around at night, but the area is actually extremely safe and there are a few good restaurants nearby as well. We are delighted with the experience. It was worthy and very fairly priced.
